There's a problem in the business world and we're here to solve it.
Here are the facts:
If we define "success" as a project that comes in within 20% of the estimated cost and schedule, and performing at least 75% of the expected functionality, then 8 out of 10 software projects fail.
Of the 8 failures, 4 projects are cancelled and never see the light of day.
The remaining 4 projects are delivered (on average) at twice the expected price, twice the expected delivery timeframe and perform about half of the expected functions.
The real problem is that too many organizations know neither the problem, nor what to do about it. The critical issue is that buyers of products and services have no idea the odds are stacked against them.
We address the problem in three ways. We help clients:
Create better products by teachng them how to avoid creating defects
Deliver superior services by eliminating things that lead to customer complaints, and
Cultivate empowered workforces by expelling sources of apathy, discontent, stifled communication and toxic morale.
Ultimately, we're about establishing cultures of excellence in the workplace.
Here's how.
