It's not always easy.
We recognize that we have a "hard sell" to reach some clients. This points to a fundamental problem with business: few concerns are already thinking strategically about technology, and even fewer are process-focused. Complicating the matter is that we solve problems very close to and often painful for businesses to acknowledge, let alone to solve.
Nature vs. Nuture
The nature of business and technical processes are such that many companies develop processes organically; rooted in crisis management, neglect, evolution, mandate, or culture. These process roots cause companies to seek business solutions in the symptoms of the problems and not in the causes of the problems. These roots are often the behind-the-scenes processes that have now rotted, thus creating the broken situation brought out by the symptoms the company is experiencing.
Dealing with Reality.
In effect, businesses are often faced with the possibility that the source of their problems are their own way of doing/operating the business. This is a difficult "go in" position for Entinex. We attempt to avoid this where possible. Solutions are not found in what's being done wrong, they are found in what needs to be done.
Success is a Relationship
Entinex addresses this challenge by approaching our clients in the manner in which this industry responds best: building relationships. Entinex's business is a service. A consulting service. We recognize that services are relationship businesses. And, consulting services are not the service businesses are happy to need. Technology Management is an industry in which relationships and good will are the key to working well together. Therefore, Entinex is a business in an industry in which a key to success as a business, and success in its chosen industry is the strength of the relationships it creates and nurtures.
