Many companies say they are "committed to quality" or that "customer service is their #1 priority. " We often ask ourselves, "what does that look like?" What does a commitment to quality, or how does customer service show up in how the customer experiences the company?
We take things like "quality" and "commitment" very seriously. First we're going to tell you what you can expect from us, then we're going to ask you to tell us whether we meet it or not.
You can expect to hear back from us when you contact us. Emails and phone calls will be responded to within 24 hours M-F, and 48 hours on weekends/holidays. You can expect that when we work with you we have one objective: to help your business be as successful as it can possibly be.
This means that you won't be relying on us to keep things running, you won't get a cookie-cutter solution that doesn't fit your business, and you won't get anything that will not directly and positively impact your business. It also means that you will be integrally involved with the work we do, you will see results quickly, you will be treated with respect, patience, and the understanding of someone who's been in your shoes and wishes as much as you do that you didn't need our help.
